With the current Quidco refer a friend offer, your friend gets £20 and I get £25 once you’ve earned £5 of confirmed cashback on Quidco.

Quidco will notify you once your cashback qualifies, and the referral bonus is then paid into your Quidco account. The £5 confirmed cashback can be built up across more than one purchase, so it does not have to come from a single transaction.

How the Quidco referral works

To qualify for the referral bonus:

• you need to sign up through the referral link
• you need to earn at least £5 confirmed cashback
• once that cashback is confirmed, Quidco pays the referral reward

At the moment, that means:

• you get £20
• I get £25

Important Quidco referral terms

According to Quidco’s terms, the £5 confirmed cashback:

• can be spread across multiple purchases
• does not need to come from one transaction

Quidco also says some cashback types do not count towards the referral threshold, including:

• cashback earned via Gift Cards
• Bonus Cashback promotions
• purchases with no spend, such as free SIM cards, surveys or insurance quotes

Your referral bonus amount is based on the offer shown when you sign up through the referral link. Quidco also says referral amounts can change at any time, and may sometimes differ between the website and mobile app.

As you’d expect, Quidco does not allow people to create multiple accounts just to claim referral bonuses.
